We work closely with our clients in order to assure that their building sites are in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations regarding the control of stormwater run-off from these sites and that all records are maintained properly, according to the requirements of the permit.
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
- Prepare a detailed site plan, indicating the direction and flow of any water accumulation on the site and the proposed location of necessary erosion control devices.
- Installation and maintenance of erosion control devices.
- Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in compliance with TPDES permit TXR 150000.
- Prepare and file with the Texas Commission of Envoronmental Quality (TCEQ),Notice of Intent (NOI), requesting coverage under the permit.
- Provide the required inspections of the site and any erosion control devices to determine their effectivness, complete and maintain all reports regarding these inspections and certify that the site is in compliance with the permit.
- Installation of any temporary or permanent stabilization on the site.
- Prepare and file with the TCEQ, Notice of Termination (NOT), requesting cancellation of the permit, when the project is complete.
